Unfortunately, Twitch OpenID requires us to ask for your email, however we do not use or process it.
The only things we store are a temporary authorization code (required to identify you), your Twitch username, whether you have the bot enabled, and if your stream is online or not (if you have the bot enabled, of course).
We also store any votes cast in your chat while you have the bot enabled and your stream is online.
